Wesco Distribution Beats 401(k) Fee, Fund Challenge, for Now

Wesco Distribution Inc. on Monday defeated a lawsuit challenging the administrative fees and mutual funds in its $750 million retirement plan, but plan participants have two weeks to file an amended complaint, according to a ruling from a federal judge in Pittsburgh.
